Where do you ship?
We currently ship across North America. International shipping may be available depending on location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

How long does an order take to arrive?
Standard shipping takes about 5 to 7 business days during the regular season. In December and June, shipping times may take longer. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee on orders of more than $100.

What do I do if I don’t receive my order?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number and we'll help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns

What items are eligible for return?
Non-custom items purchased through the website are elegible for return withing 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unwornd, and returned in its original condition. Items without tags wont be accepted.
Because many QUODE pieces are handmade or custom-painted, fully custom items created specifically for a client are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless the item arrives damaged or does not match the pproved order details.

How much is the return shipping fee?
Returns are free when you use our prepaid return shipping label. Simply repackage the item, affix the label you returned in the original package, and send it back to us.

Can I cancel or modify a custom order?
Custom and handmade orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has started. Please review all order details carefully before purchasing.
Before shipment, clients will receive a final preview of the piece through email to aprove the design or add or request minor modifications.
If client does not respond within 48 hours of receiving the final preview, the item will be shipped as approved.
